Technical preparation
SOI, rail pressure, duration and EOI can be reviewed before a request is published.
ECU Jobs Tools
The ECU-Jobs EOI Tool is a free professional Windows utility for Common Rail diesel calibration. It supports operating point analysis, SOI, rail pressure and duration interpolation, End Of Injection calculation and SOI map generation directly from existing calibration data.
Prepared EOI data?Use the results for calibration work or start a concrete file service request in the ECU Jobs portal.
From tool to request
The EOI Tool helps prepare diesel calibration data. ECU Jobs is the neutral offer comparison platform when customers want to turn prepared data into a file service request or when providers want to find matching projects.
SOI, rail pressure, duration and EOI can be reviewed before a request is published.
Better technical details reduce follow-up questions and make provider offers easier to compare.
ECU Jobs does not create files itself. It connects structured requests with professional file service providers.
Premium website tools
The browser-based EOI Online Tool is part of ECU Jobs Premium. Premium providers activate EOI, TQ-IQ and the Log Analyzer in the dashboard, generate the embed codes there and place approved tools on their own website. The Windows download remains available as a free legacy version.
Overview
The ECU-Jobs EOI Tool is a professional workflow aid for diesel calibrators, ECU tuners, WinOLS users and file service providers. It makes common manual calculations around start of injection, rail pressure, injection duration and End Of Injection faster and easier to review.
The workflow follows real calibration work: SOI maps, rail pressure maps, duration maps and axis data can be transferred from existing calibration environments. From there, operating points can be evaluated, values interpolated and EOI results calculated.
ECU Jobs is not a calibration provider and does not sell its own tuning files. This tool page complements the platform with a technical resource for professional users working with diesel ECU software and Common Rail systems.
Tool interface
The screenshot shows the real ECU-Jobs EOI Calculator interface: paste map data, analyze operating points and prepare target EOI to SOI maps.
Professional Calibration Utility
The ECU-Jobs EOI Common Rail Tool was developed for diesel ECU tuners, calibration engineers and automotive software developers working with Bosch EDC17, EDC16 and many other Common Rail diesel engine management systems. It is not a generic calculator, but a practical calibration utility for daily professional workflows.
The tool simplifies injection timing analysis, calculates End Of Injection values and supports the development of optimized Start Of Injection maps directly from existing calibration data. This helps users evaluate injection events faster and reduce repetitive manual spreadsheet work.
Its workflow is built around real WinOLS usage. Map data can be copied from existing projects and pasted into the tool. It works with SOI maps, rail pressure maps, duration maps and axis data without necessarily requiring DAMOS, A2L files or manufacturer documentation.
Operating Point Analysis
Calibrators define a concrete operating point using engine speed and injection quantity. The quantity can be used in mg/stroke or mm3/stroke depending on the calibration format.
The tool interpolates Start Of Injection, rail pressure and injection duration from the pasted maps, then calculates the resulting End Of Injection value.
The results help users understand where combustion is occurring relative to top dead center and whether the operating point looks technically plausible.
Automatic EOI Calculation
The integrated calculator determines End Of Injection from interpolated SOI, rail pressure and injection duration, giving a direct technical view of the injection window.
EOI values support the review of Stage 1 and Stage 2 calibrations, hybrid turbo setups, large injector conversions, smoke reduction strategies and exhaust gas temperature management.
The tool helps identify injection timing limitations, validate SOI adjustments faster and develop more consistent calibrations across the operating range.
Target EOI to SOI Generator
One of the key features is the ability to generate complete SOI maps from a desired target EOI. Instead of calculating each area manually in spreadsheets, users can paste existing calibration data, define a target value and generate a recalculated SOI map.
The workflow is designed for professional users: paste existing SOI, rail pressure and duration data, define the target EOI and generate a complete working basis for further calibration. This accelerates development and reduces mistakes in repetitive spreadsheet work.
The generated values do not replace professional review, measurement or the calibrator's responsibility. They provide a structured basis to analyze injection timing faster and continue SOI strategy development in a more focused way.
