Frequently asked questions about the white-label patch portal
Does the portal create AI patches?
No. The portal does not create tuning files with AI. It works with WinOLS scripts uploaded, checked and released by the operator.
Can the portal combine Stage 1 with other services?
Yes. If matching scripts are available, combinations such as Stage 1 plus EGR Off, DPF Off or SCR/AdBlue Off can be processed.
Can the operator set their own prices?
Yes. Prices can be managed in the admin area by service and ECU. Mappacks and library offers can also be managed.
What happens if no script matches?
The customer can submit a script request. The request contains vehicle data, requested services and notes so the operator can prepare a new solution.
Is Stripe payment supported?
Yes. The portal is prepared for Stripe payment and download release. Payment mode, invoice settings and webhook data are aligned during setup.
Can the portal be branded for my own company?
Yes. Portal name, logo, colors, texts, domains, support contact and legal links can be adapted for the individual provider.
What does the portal cost?
The monthly model starts at 49 EUR per month. Setup, branding, domain and individual adjustments are agreed separately.
